All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. If we are unable to fulfil your booking, affected passengers will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the next available departure. Bookings should only be made via:

  • our official website,
  • Chariot-authorized terminals.

We are not responsible for bookings made through unauthorized agents or third-party channels.

Passengers who cancel their tickets at least three days before the trip will receive a refund less a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations made two days before the trip will attract a 20% charge, while cancellations made one day before departure will incur a 30% charge.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will be refunded with a 50% administrative charge. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method for online bookings. All refunds are processed within three (3) to ten (10) working days from the date of cancellation.

5. Managing Reservations (Rescheduling and Rerouting)

Passengers may reschedule or reroute their bookings by paying the applicable adjustment fee. All changes are subject to seat and vehicle availability. If the fare for the new trip is higher than the original, passengers must pay the fare difference.
